Our work was to create awareness for EIBTM- The Global Meetings & Incentives Exhibition and get selected buyers from MICE companies, Event companies, PCO;s and corporate who are into regular MICE activities to the show and can be proved beneficial for the exhibitors. We achieved this objective through the combinations of direct mailers, B2B Telephone calls, and some personal meetings with some leading players of the industry. After three months of activity 11 people confirmed their participation and they went to the show. There they had the opportunity of being exposed to the latest trends in the industry and they did 25-30 meetings each for potential future partnerships and collaborations resulting into more education and revenues to various sectors in the industry.
